The workshop took place on 17th July 2024 at Hotel Seri Malaysia, Kepala Batas, SPU Penang for the MInTFM Northern Klinik Kesihatan Trainers. The session was led by Dr Artini and Dr Kartiniwati.
The discussion covered maximising the learning/teaching approach through EPA, expectations from trainers on exams, communication skills, and how to overcome problematic/underperformed trainees and other ongoing issues discussed.
